Course - 18th Intensive Course in Applied Epidemiology: University of Aberdeen

5th-9th March 2012. This course provides attendees with an introduction to the key issues in epidemiology: study design, statistical analysis for epidemiology, methodological issues and other topics including analysis of data from registries, clinical trials and critical appraisal. The course has typically attracted students worldwide including doctors, health professionals and non-medical researchers. Last year we achieved average scores of 4.6 and 4.5 (out of 5) for usefulness of lectures and quality of presentation, respectively. Numbers are strictly limited to 25 students. The cost of the course (which includes course materials, most meals and accommodation) is £925 if registration is complete prior to 20th December 2011.
